After you submit a Support Ticket, you should receive an automatic reply within a minute or two.  Take a quick look at the reply email. There is some cool stuff in this email!

  • Your Ticket Number (for future reference)
  • The Person Assigned (note: this may change as the ticket is worked)
  • A link to View Your Ticket
  • Quick Links for Tutorials
  • Copy of your Ticket
