The Hospital Visitation form is also available on the Guest Services page of CreekHelp.
After a Hospital Visitation is submitted two things happen:
- the visitation is assigned to a staff member at the campus.
- an email is sent to any staff member subscribed to the care communication list
Those staff assigned to work the Hospital Visitation requests can manage all requests by logging into Rock. Navigating to the Care menu on the left hand side and selected “Dashboard”. https://rock.cedarcreek.tv/page/604
From here all active hospital visitations can be managed.
