Did you know that Rock has a number of Notification groups set up. These notification groups are designed to notify you as a staff member when an action has occurred in Rock.
These actions include:
- Care has been requested
- Hospital Visit
- Nursing Home Visit
- Homebound Sick
- Prayer has been requested
- Group Requirements
- Story Submitted
How are they separated?
- Care & Prayer requests are both available by Campus.
- Group Requirements are available by Group Type
- Family Ministry
- Small Groups
- Serving Team).
- Story notifications are available by Group or Personal Stories.
How often do they send?
- Care Notifications
- Every 10 Minutes
- Prayer Notifications
- Mondays & Thursdays at noon
- Group Requirements
- Thursdays at 9:00am
- Story Notifications
- Every 2 Hours
