You may wonder or need a quick reminder what type of permissions between Rock and Planning Center are automated. Here is a really brief reminder of what those automatic permissions look like.
- Coordinators/Admin
- will receive “Scheduler” access in PCO
- This will be removed each June 1 (end of the school year)
- This will be added/updated on a weekly basis
- Will receive ‘volunteer editor’ access in Rock
- This is live updated every 20 minutes
- Ability to view profiles
- Ability to view and edit dream in rock
- Ability to view attendance analytics
- Ability to email in Rock
- Ability to text using a Kids or Student Directors number (I think)
- will receive “Scheduler” access in PCO
- Coaches
- Will receive “viewer” access in PCO
- This will be removed each June 1 (end of the school year)

- Ability to view profiles
- Ability to view DreamTeam in rock
- Ability to view attendance analytics

- Will receive no additional permissions in PCO
- Will receive no additional permission in Rock
- They can always view/communicate with THEIR team from My.CedarCreek.tv
- Group Leaders
