Did you know that you can sort your Teamwork Notebooks?

Click the sort button in the top right to open a list of options by which to sort.
- Name
- Date
- Category
If you are looking to see the most recently updated Notebook, Sort by Date (desc) as illustrated.
Within Teamwork, you can also filter the notebooks that have been added to your project.
Click the filters button in the top right to open the advanced filters pane.

Keyword
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.

Tags
You can choose to filter notebooks by the tags associated with them. You can apply more than one tag when filtering results.

You can filter any results that include one or more matching tags. Alternatively, you can select the Match all tags option which will then only return results which include all selected tags.

Created By
Filter based on who created the notebook. One or more users can be chosen.

You also have the option here to include items from deleted users.
- When this is selected, deleted users will then appear in the Created By dropdown.
Options
- Locked notebooks only – only notebooks which have been locked for editing will show in the filter.
- Secure content notebooks only – only show notebooks which have the box for Does this notebook contain sensitive content? ticked upon creation.

Reordering filters
You can also drag and drop the various areas of the filter to change the layout to your liking.

Saving filters
You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear within the Saved Filters section.

You can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name to the top of the page. For example.
