Profile pages in Rock have changed with the latest version.  The good news is, once you have taken a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the new layout, you will notice everything is a little cleaner and easier to move around the pages.

As you can see the info that was at the top of the page, is now on the left side in its own column.

Person Bio Sections

All person bio sections are the same as they were previously, they have just been condensed and moved to the left side.

Actions – There are now 4 different Actions that you can take on a person’s profile.

• • • Text – Click this button to send and SMS to them from Rock. If this button does not show it is because they have not allowed us to text them.
    • Email – Click this button to send a new email to the person. If it is not available, look further down the column at their email address for why we cannot email this person.
    • Actions – These are actions that can be taken on the person’s profile. These are the same actions you have always been able to take. You can launch interviews, send a person data error, etc.
    • Edit – This will open up the edit screen and you can update the person’s general information. If you do not see the Edit button, it is because you do not have access to edit this section.

Family Section

All family members will still show with the same information as before but it will be condensed.

Split Families

Families will stack on top of each other if there is a split family.

Navigating the sub pages of a profile

This has been made easier by adding the navigation to the top of the page.  However, please note that the edit pen at the right-hand side of the page, will allow you to edit the person’s bio information from any tab instead of going back to the profile tab.
