Known Issue Tips | 248

Today we wanted to make you aware of a few new features around known issues that we hope will be helpful.

When our team is made aware of a new issue that we believe effects a large portion of our team (Staff or DreamTeam) we will post a notification in a few areas. This notification is designed to let you know that we are aware of the issue and actively working on a solution.

When we are aware of a major software issue, you can expect to see an update in the following areas:

  1. CreekHelp
    1. Home Page Ticker
    2. Guest Services Page Ticker
    3. Support Ticket Page Ticker
  2. A Known Issue ProTip will be published and emailed to subscribers
  3. A notification will be published to Teams
    1. CedarCreek Team
    2. ProTips Channel

Our team will continue to monitor and work on solutions for the issue. Once we believe the issue has been fully resolved, we will remove the tickers from CreekHelp.

As always, any time you are experiencing an issue with a software platform that you believe is not working as expected, please submit a support ticket.
