Marketing & Communication Tools | 266

The communications team has put together a few tools to help you and our church communicate the things going on in our church. We wanted to make sure you were aware of these items.

  1. Campus Marketing Guide – This guide is put together for each series. Each event or weekend service the communications team puts together a plan for how we will market or communicate to our church or community about that event. Some items are left to the campus team to execute. Examples would be; A-frame Signs, Pull-up Vinyl Banners, Hand Out Invites etc. The Campus Marketing Guide is a list of simple strategies the Communications Team is asking the campus teams to execute on each week. You can easily find the Campus Marketing Guide in Planning Center for each weekend service plan.
  2. Approved Graphics – We often find that our staff are looking for an approved graphic in order to communicate something within their own communication platform. Examples would be; an email sent from Rock or maybe an item being created in the Mobile App.  The Communications Team has put together a link with approved graphics organized by different communication mediums so that you get the size you are looking for. You can find these graphics on CreekHelp > Departments > Communications.
  3. Photography – In some cases, you might be sending an email or posting an app item, when it would be helpful for you to include a photo of a past event. Photos are helpful tools in communication because it allows the guest or attendee get a better ‘feel’ for the event. We keep all of our current approved photos in a pixieset link. You can find that link on CreekHelp > Departments > Communications.
  4. Approved Calls to Action – This is an ongoing document with ‘Calls to Action’.  You might be typing an email or creating an item for the app and looking for a ‘Call To Action’ to put in your item or email. This document has been designed to provide you a list of actions with provided Copy and provided Links that you can use when directing an attendee to take action. You can find this on CreekHelp > Departments > Communications.

We hope that you find this useful and helpful when trying to find the information or tools you need to be successful! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask the communications team for more information.
