Do Group Leaders have the ability to ‘delete’ group members from their group? The simple answer is no. Group leaders can make people active and inactive but group leaders do not have the ability to archive or delete group members from a particular group.
Some of the vision behind this, is that we never want to accidentally remove someone from a group in case they have had any time spent in the group. We want to show in our history that the group member is no longer active in the group, but they were part of the group at some point in time.
If a group member has never actively been in a group but previously was added to the group; a staff member can ‘archive’ that group member. Archiving a group member should only been done if a group member has never actually participated in the group.
