Did you know that you can search your previously submitted support tickets? Â Not only can you search for your previously submitted tickets, but you can search/see all tickets that have been submitted by anyone in the organization. Â This feature is most beneficial if you want to see what tickets someone on your team has submitted for support.
When you have search for a ticket you can do other various items as well! Items like:
- Leave a Comment
- Close your Ticket
- See who is Assigned to your Ticket
The bummer in this platform is that, it does not take your current Teamwork login. Â You would need to create a new login in order to search tickets. Â While this is a bummer, you can operate some cool features!
