If you are interested in learning how to set up your DreamTeam RSVP groups, continue on with this ProTip.
The first thing to know is that your DreamTeam RSVP group is already built.
You can find your DreamTeam RSVP groups by following this navigation:
- Rock
- Checkin Central
- Group Viewer > Under Event Management
- Campus Events
From here, open your particular campus.
Click on xx DreamTeam Event (xx = Campus abbreviation)
This group is already in sync with your current DreamTeam. You do not need to add/remove anyone from this group. New schedules are added to this group by your central Project Manager after they have been decided on. It is still your responsibility to build a new occurrence for the RSVP. This is where all your RSVPs will go for this new meeting date.
Once you are in your group, click the button that looks like a person with a check mark over their figure.
From here, click the [+] sign in the bottom/top right corner and add a new occurrence to track RSVPs
- Name (February 2024)
- Date of Meeting
- Location should already be pre-selected. Do not change this.
- Check-In Schedule should already be pre-selected. Do not change this.
- Save
Now your group is ready to collect RSVPs. All you need to do is send out your invites!
While you are still on your group, click the [Communicate] button.
Navigate through the communication settings. Once you get to the body of the email, you are going to add two blocks.
- [One] row under the body of your email.
- [RSVP] inside that [One] row.
After you add the [RSVP] block, click on that block and manage your configuration on the right hand side.
- Select your RSVP group
- Open Events
- Open your campus
- Select xx DreamTeam Event (xx = Campus abbreviation)
- From the next box, select the occurrence your created in the steps above.
- Click [Complete]
From here, you can send your RSVP.
