As a reminder each Monday we make sure ministry coordinators and admins have scheduling access in Planning Center:
- First Impressions
- Kids Ministry
- Next Steps
- Student Ministries
Recently Planning Center made some pretty big updates to their new Plans Page!!! Woot Woot! If you are interesting in learning more about the new plans page, we created a ProTip that you can read more HERE.
Most importantly, we wanted to make you aware that part of this update has implemented new ‘Scheduling’ rights for those people who are given permission to schedule within a plan type. There are now some additional steps needed if you want those individuals listed above to actually have the ability to schedule your team. Note: this currently only applies if your team member is using the new plans page.
If you would like someone to have permission to schedule your team in planning center, they will need 2 things:
- Global Scheduling Rights (this is what we apply on Mondays)
- Team Leader status within your team in planning center.
