Have you noticed a megaphone on the right side of pages on CreekHelp recently? Have you hovered over it and noticed the work/link [Improve] listed on that button?
Each page on CreekHelp is now equipped with a megaphone icon on the right side of the page. (if your on a mobile device it will be hidden in portrait mode, but available on landscape mode)
If you click on this megaphone icon it will give you the label of ‘Improve’ and that will take you to a form that you can fill out. This form will submit a ticket to our team.
This is an effort to empower our staff and DreamTeam to let us know of any improvements that need to be made to CreekHelp (typos, missing information, incorrect information) etc.
Each submission will create a CreekHelp support ticket in Teamwork Desk and our team will work with you to resolve any updates needed.
