To Display Video With ProPresenter (click to expand)

1.) Press the power button on the AV rack and turn on the TV with the Remote Labeled ‘Classroom TV’

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.) Press the ‘Source’ button on the remote to change the tv to the ‘HDMI 3’ Input

3.) Open Propresenter, and selected content should play on screen

To Display Video From Other Sources (click to expand)

1.) Press the power button on the AV rack and turn on the TV with the Remote Labeled ‘Classroom TV’


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.) Press the ‘Source’ button on the remote to change the tv to the ‘HDMI 3’ Input

3.) On the top bar of the computer screen, click the small TV icon. A drop down will appear and click ‘Mirror Displays.’ You should now see what you are doing on the computer, being displayed on the screen.

To Display Video from Guest Services(click to expand)

2.) Press the ‘Source’ button on the remote to change the tv to the ‘HDMI 1’ Input

To Play Audio/Use a Microphone (click to expand)

1.) Press the power button on the AV Rack

2.) Use the knobs to adjust appropriate source of audio. Make sure the master is set at the level labeled ‘0’. Be sure to power on the desired microphone via the microphone.


To Play A DVD(click to expand)

3.) Turn on DVD player (If not on already)

4.) Use the knobs to adjust appropriate source of audio
