Campus Teams Order and Weekly Transfer Communication Process:
NOTE – we use the “Scratch” Order Process:
To better serve you, keeping orders current and relevant, we use a “scratch” process which will eliminate having orders roll over each week (there are exceptions to this, which we will note on the TeamWork thread).
- Ordered items that are “In Stock” will be filled for that week’s transfer.
- If the item is “Out of Stock” we would “SCRATCH” your order for the current week, meaning your out-of-stock items will be deleted.
- If you still need the out-of-stock item after the weekend – you will need to reorder the item for the following week.
Communicating Filled and Scratched Orders:
- Transfer timelines remain the same – Orders placed Monday by 9 am will be filled on that week’s Thursday transfer.
- Processing your order – In-Stock items will be filled OR Out of Stock items will be scratched.
- Communicating via TeamWork – Placed orders automatically populate in TeamWork. The Assistant Logistics Director will be commenting on the status of each item in the specific order thread Thursday before transfer. - If we scratch an item on your order, you will need to reorder the item for the following week.
