Mileage Reimbursement Policy – Findlay Campus (only current campus with this policy)
Draw a 20-mile radius around the campus, and this is the expected work area.
Any trips outside of the 20-mile radius will be reimbursed for the miles driven at the current CedarCreek mileage rate. (currently .56 per mile)
Findlay to Perrysburg = 40 miles
Example Findlay to Perrysburg Calculation:
Roundtrip mileage for meeting from Findlay to Perrysburg 80 miles
Less roundtrip miles inside the 20-mile radius -40 miles
Total mileage to be reimbursed 40 miles
Reimbursement rate .56 per mile
Reimbursement total for a roundtrip from Findlay $22.40
**Mileage reimbursement will come out of your Personal Expense Account unless otherwise approved by your supervisor and/or finance
Mileage Reimbursement Policy – Out-of-town trips (i.e. – airport, Fusion Camp, etc.)
Simply use your normal home campus as the starting point and calculate the mileage to and from the destination, and submit reimbursement at .56 per mile.
