We believe that professional Christian counseling is a helpful part of spiritual health and personal growth of our staff. To live out this belief CedarCreek offers the following staff counseling benefit for our full-time and part-time staff. Staff member:
- Selects a counselor from the current CedarCreek Counseling Referral list
- Pays 100% of the visit
- Can reimburse 50% of the visit up to $75 per visit
- Can reimburse up to $750 annually
