**  New Email Account - The user will have an @CedarCreek.tv email address and can send/receive from it via webmail, by logging into a PC at a campus, or by configuring a phone/tablet/computer with Exchange credentials.
** New Email Alias - the alias will be added to your current @CedarCreek.tv email. This would be used when you do not want to publicize your personal email in print or want to set up a generic address we can move to others in the future. For example, Baptism@CedarCreek.tv goes to AndrewR@CedarCreek.tv.
 ** New Email Forwarder - The user will have an @CedarCreek.tv email address, but they can NOT send from it. It is strictly forwarding to a current home/personal email account. Due to the nature of spam filters, this should only be used if the owner will ONLY be getting emails from @CedarCreek.tv senders.

I understand that this FOB is used to gain entrance to and when applicable arm/disarm the security system at CedarCreek Church. I also understand I am solely responsible for the FOB, which is for my personal use only and should not be given to others to use on my behalf.  In the event that I misplace this FOB, I will report to my Direct Report IMMEDIATELY and a new FOB will be issued at my expense. If my position changes (staff or volunteer) so that I no longer require a FOB, I will return it to my Direct Report.

Please login to the Rock portal, Search for the person, Select the person, scroll to the bottom of their account, look at the status of the PMM Background Check and record that. If you find that there is not a background check on file you can request a Background Check for someone by finding their profile in Rock, Click ACTIONS, and Select ‘Background Check (PMM 2.0)’. An Executive Director is able to provide a laptop for anyone in their department,
outside of these positions, if they determine there is a need.

All other staff currently have access to desktop computers at their campus.
Project Managers will assist with the purchase of laptops.
