YOU MUST BE on the Private Secured WiFi or wired into the network on an Ethernet cable for your printers to work.
The Public WiFi network does not have access to print.

- Hold down the “windows” key (between the ctrl and alt keys on the bottom left) and press the “pause / break” key to open System info. If that doesn’t work, right click on “Computer” in the start menu (on the right side) and select Properties. If you don’t have a “Computer” option on the right, right click the start menu button and choose “System” to see info.
- See if it says 32bit or 64bit Operating System.
- If 64bit: download the drivers here
- If 32bit: download the drivers here
- Unzip the file to a folder on your machine (I suggest you point it to your desktop or somewhere you will be able to find as it will make a folder there).
- Click the Start button and type “control panel” and go into the control panel. Click “Devices and Printers” to see what you have. If you have old ST printers, you may want to click them and pick “remove” to clear them out.
- Click on “Add Printer” at the top and choose “add a local printer”.
- Click “create a new port” and select “standard TCP/IP port” and click next
- Hostname or IP should be 10.3.1.50 for the ST Office Copier and Port name doesn’t matter. Uncheck “query the printer…” and hit next
- Click “have disk” button and browse to where you unzipped the file you downloaded and select the file it shows.
- Pick the “Canon ir-ADV 357iF” from the list of options it gives and click next.
- Name it “ST Office Copier” and uncheck the option to share the printer.
- It will install the driver and give you the option to print a test page. You can test it there. After it is working, you can delete the folder you unzipped earlier.
