Building Tag Teams

All Teams in Planning Center should be built of type: Tag Team

Naming matters. All teams & positions in Planning Center are searchable and therefore need to contain a specific naming structure. Additionally, because we are syncing our teams with Rock the names of teams and positions should align with Rock so that it is easy for a user to identify a corresponding group in Rock as in Planning Center.

Examples:

Team Name should be one of two things:

  • Ministry Name : Campus Name
    • Kids: Findlay Campus
  • Ministry Name : Campus Abbreviation Ministry Type
    • Kids: FN Elementary

Position Names should match the name of their group in RockRMS

  • Rock Name: EL Large Group Host
  • Planning Center Position: EL Large Group Host
