Managing Dropbox for your Ministry

  • The Graphics or Video department will create media as requested
  • The Graphics or Video department will place all created items in the ministry “inbox”
  • Each ministry will be responsible for moving items from their inbox to their “archive”
  • Each ministry can manage their archive however they see fit.
  • Each ministry can place items in the “campus computer sync” to provide programing to the campus classroom computers.
