Project Organizing

Company = Executive Director

• The company a project is associated with should represent the Executive Director who oversees that project team.
• There are two exceptions to this rule. Because we mark our DreamTeam as ‘clients’, there are two projects that need to be designated as the ‘Campus Teams’ company.
  • Procurement Project
  • Ministry Services Request

Owner = ‘A’ for the Project

• The owner of a project should represent the person Accountable for the details within the project.

Category = Department

• The category a project is listed under should represent the Department or Ministry Director that oversees that project.
