Communication Limits

Did you know when sending an email or SMS from rock, your communication may require approval before sending? Below are our limits.

• Send SMS from within Rock: 200 Recipients.
• Send Email from within Rock: 200 Recipients.
• Send Email from Group Leader Toolbox: 50 Recipients.

If your communication is over that number of recipients, your communication will be sent to the Arts Team – Communications; to approve before it is sent.

Approval is sent to our teams email and is typically responded to within a few minutes.
