Creating Mobile App Raffles

Raffles are a fun and engaging way to celebrate special moments—like Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, or unique campus events—and they can be a simple yet powerful tool to connect with new guests and re-engage regular attenders. By using the entry forms directly in the CedarCreek app, we make participation easy, mobile-friendly, and instantly trackable. It also encourages guests to download and explore the app, increasing their chances of discovering more about CedarCreek and getting connected. Here is everything you need to run a raffle at your campus:

How to Add Your Raffle to the Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the Campus Communication content channel in Rock
  2. Select your campus
  3. Create a new item
  4. Write a brief description of your raffle (what it is, who it’s for, etc.)
  5. Copy your campus-specific link from this list and paste it into the Button Link field. Be sure to also add copy to the Button Text field. Example: Submit Your Entry

How to View Raffle Submissions in Rock

  1. Log in to Rock
  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Tools
  3. Select Workflows
  4. Click on the External Site Forms/Requests drop down
  5. Find the workflow titled Entry Form – [Your Campus Initials]
  6. Click the three dots on the far right of that row
