Some general Q/A

1. Can you modify or add any blocks to the Community Tab
   1. No
2. Can you have Public and Private Communities? YES!
   1. Communities are set up in the Apollos Admin panel
   2. Public Groups can be joined by anyone in the mobile app.
   3. Private Groups must be invited by an administrator
3. How will people Join a Public Community
   1. Open Community Tab
   2. Click the 21 Days of Prayer Commununity
   3. Click Join
   4. We can also provide a link that will take people directly there.
4. How will people Join a Private Community
   1. Open Community Tab
   2. Click the 21 Days of Prayer Commununity
   3. Click Join (remember they must have previously be invited by an administrator)

5. Can you post a video in the discussion? YES!!
   1. Sardius Link – is linkable but does NOT pre-load in App
   2. YouTube Link – is linkable and DOES pre-load in app
   3. Resi Live Link – Is linkable but does NOT pre-load in App
   4. Vimeo Link – Is linkable and DOES pre-load in app
6. Can you post an image in the discussion? YES!

8. How are hosts selected?
   1. An administrator must add the hosts in the Apollos Admin Panel
9. What are the hosts capabilities?
   1. Hosts posts will always appear at the top of the discussion.
   2. Hosts can modify the description of the community
   3. Hosts can modify the picture of the community
   4. Hosts posts are marked as ‘Important’ and are included in ‘Important notifications’ when someone has them turned on.
10. What is the difference between the Host tab and the Discussions Tab
    1. Any and all posts (from the host or guest) will be posted in the discussion tab.
    2. However, all posts from the hosts are also posted in the ‘Hosts’ tab for easy access.
11. If you enter a prayer and/or gratitude in the Daily… or in the community do they connect? YES! More specifically… the prayers and gratitude shown in the community are only from those people within the community.
12. Can we add an item to the community tab (like a live stream) – NO. However, you can post the live Resi Link and it will show up.
13. How do you remove a discussion or post if you feel it is not wanted? To remove anything from the app (prayer or discussion) 2 separate users must flag/report the content. So as long as both hosts flag the discussion, the discussion will go away.
