Building Tags

Tags should be created when syncing people between RockRMS and Planning Center.

All Tags will be first sorted into Tag Groups. This will help us understand better how/where they are used within Planning Center.

Central related tags groups will be named by ministry area.

  • Example Tag Group: Administration

Campus related tags groups should be name first by Campus then by Ministry.

  • Example Tag Group: WT – Kids

Once Tag Groups have been created, the campus abbreviations are no longer needed.
